A Harris Poll survey shows that nearly four out of ten millennials take time off without informing their superiors. David Barkoe, CEO of Carve Communications, believes the key to addressing this issue is to establish a culture of trust. He advocates for employees to “live their life but get the job done,” and practices this culture through flexible work arrangements, such as allowing employees to adjust their work hours or work remotely.
